Just realized that The Software Boutique discontinued to sell Just Cause 2 PC...I wonder why...
No stock already or not many people want to buy this game...?

They really f**ked up the voice acting in Malay; they sound more like Mat Sallehs on tour in Monyetland. And that overly obvious Kiasuland accent made me LOL every single time I hear it. Not forgetting the grappling hook-parachute combination, which is hella of a lot of fun to operate.

But my copy persistently blanks out, and continues running while I see the desktop. Seems to be a problem confined to Nvidia GCs apparently.

i dont really used parachute, free falling and almost hit the ground, hit f, grapple it. no fall dmg. lol

this game make me interesting is because they used lah, i always lol and yes i do agree they used their kiasu slang, which make me chuckles sometimes. One of the reason why i like this game so much.. cause dialogue feel unique.

I can't take it anymore!

This game crashes randomly way too many times (blanking out to the desktop; but still running in the background and playing audio), wasting time and effort. I have to stop playing it until a patch fixing this problem is released.

I did not pay for an original to play a partially unplayable game. Avalanche/Edios is going to hear a mouthful from me.

Well, thanks for that very insightful response. Anything else overly obvious that I don't already know?

Yes, it's a problem associated with GC, but it's a problem confined to Nvidia cards. A lot of Nvidia users have been complaining at the Eidos forum about the exact same problem. A GeForce 9800GTX+ is a recognised chipset; how the hell does a game not support a recognised chipset?

the game isnt developed on a pc based platform.. so its bound for find some kinda of bugs.
if u read the requirements, there are the recommended card (ATI) sad.gif , the developer used this card for benchmarking so its less problem. u might want to holdon till the next update. not only 9800gtx+ having problems even my 260gtx+ having bad framerates and constant booting to desktop for unknown reasons.

this is 1 reason ppl switch to consoles.

I have a gtx285 and I was still getting some little slowdown once in a while when moving the screen around too much on the demo.

Disabling V-sync totally removed these little things, might be worth a try, saw lots of people saying V-sync was screwing their fps too

Nuts, I probably have the same problem too since I am using the same GPU as you.

Hopefully this would be on sale by year end.
