A question for optometrists and eyewear enthusiasts alike. You usually hear like, the temples can be bent and adjusted. Also the nose pads. But here's the thing. Does it matter if the eyeglass frame doesn't really feel right off the bat and adjustments should be made before it's comfortable? Or should you only purchase frames which fit comfortably right from the start?

QUOTE(HamDanCiuYan @ Aug 19 2015, 03:03 PM) Hi, i bought/change the spec rayban carbon fiber + titanium.. after wear it for few weeks..i feel my right ear pain...any idea why? cost me almost 1.5k yet suffer from pain model like this Temple curve might not be adjusted right for your ear. The curve has to lie on top of your ears, and the tail end kept away from the bone behind your ears. Try to adjust it gently and see if the pain persists.

QUOTE(jialat @ Aug 20 2015, 12:21 PM) Dont need to pay so much for that kind of 1 to 1 quality lah bro. Authentic rayban all come with 2 years warranty. Those giving u only 1 year or lesser warranty are fake. I think authentic RayBans are more or less below rm400 for clubmasters, if you know where to look. But for that price and their quality, not really worth. Great hinges though.

QUOTE(QQHTJ @ Oct 10 2015, 04:04 PM) anyone know how to identify the index for lenses? i just purchased carl zeiss 1.67 clarity as lotutec but feel like it is very thick for me. i just afraid the shop cheat on me Depends on your frame size. There are some calculators on the internet that can calculate the thickness at the edge given the index. 1.67 IMO quite thick if your frame is above 50.
