just to ask what is the price to get the lens of a pair of ic! berlin to be replaced? compare to normal glasses the price is around 100+-

my "power" is around 250 with very low astig...

you can either go for polycarbonate safety lens (unbreakable) cost ard rm 180-250 depending on brand

or just normal high index thin lens for rm 150.

Any shop got sell those frame/goggle that i can use during football?

I think you can try playing football while wearing the glasses you usually do and just buy something like a hook for the ears

Tried that before. Once ball hit, the glasses fly. Another time it hit, glasses didnt fly, but break, injured my face.
So now need to look for those durable one, something like this:

Dont use these type of spectacle frame, your sweat evaporate and fog the lens easily unless there is enough of ventilation present.

Just choose those very elastic plastic frame which easily available in optical shop and get unbreakable lens.

Price for frame: RM580. Price for lens (polycarbonate) : RM380.

There's this anti fog cream to apply on the lens, RM38 that can last for few months.
