garmin or mapking...and u don't need internet to use it...gps connect to satellite

Not complicated... those steps are there, just follow them and trust yourself.. Since you need it very much, you just need initiative

Since this is the first result in Google for "w995 gps without internet" I would say thanks to everyone who made this discussion (because I had my phone for over a year withot using tha GPS) and add a link to another page where I found what was missing here :
