Real Estate Agent's Commission, For a 6-month tenancy

My real estate agent could not find me a suitable tenant for my apartment in KL for quite some time already. Finally he found a tenant who wishes to rent for only 6 months.
For previous tenancy of 1 year, he charged 1 month's commission. For this 6-month contract, he still wants to charge 1 month's commission but I feel that he should only charge half month. Anyone here have such experience and care to share ? |

just give half month lo, easy and simple math bro.
if he dont want just find someone else. |
