Hi Sifu here, wanna ask your opinion on this project.

Anyone stay around that area or anyone purchase Hazel 1? How is the traffic there and environment? Thanks for sharing.

Hi,

I don't actually stay there but I've passed by this area a few times.

It's quite under developed as there are still alot of surrounding kampung areas.

Berjaya Park is quite small if you compare to Kota Kemuning (can say maybe BP is only 1/8 of KK's size).

BP looks deserted IMO. Traffic is OK and it's only 3 to 5 mins from Kesas Highway.

Yes this place, imo, didnt fare too well to one's impression

It's at Bkt Rimau, offskirt of K.Kemuning. It seems, crime is pretty bad there, with those vacant houses @ Phase 1, being rented to labourers.

for a ungated development like Berjaya Park, would it not be better to go hunt for a subsale Kota Kemuning 22x75 unit?
