dont waste your time calling.

1st i called and u know what they told me? the whole of northern side is under maintenance. Cannot open report . So she said wait tomorrow for the thing to be restore.
2nd call. They reset my port and open a report more<<< i was more happy
3rd call < today.. Told me that my report was close . Fail to reset my port. Cannot help you .<<< is this what you tell me after waiting for 30 min on phone?
4th call . Talk to them and the man said that ''Sir sorry but this is ridiculous after i done the speedtest'' then help me open report.

what is next? 1mbps get so little??

Amaze my upload better then my download. at lease after >10 time restart i get this resulti. 60.55.xxx.xxx

Ya i cant wait till monday the tm fellow call me and i wan to see what is the next excuss

Do you know what is the maintenance? It's the installation of the Rapidshare throttle. Streamyx in my area also went down for a day. After the upgrade, rapidshare can't move.
