very slow in ipoh today. reset so many times. 1 mbps only can get 215 kbps. called u and launch a complain but they refuse to open because they say is under service for the northern part of malaysia what is this?

same here. i think i am not the only one. but my one sucks. only 0.16 kbps download speed. super

dont waste your time calling.

1st i called and u know what they told me? the whole of northern side is under maintenance. Cannot open report . So she said wait tomorrow for the thing to be restore.
2nd call. They reset my port and open a report more<<< i was more happy
3rd call < today.. Told me that my report was close . Fail to reset my port. Cannot help you .<<< is this what you tell me after waiting for 30 min on phone?
4th call . Talk to them and the man said that ''Sir sorry but this is ridiculous after i done the speedtest'' then help me open report.

what is next? 1mbps get so little??

Amaze my upload better then my download. at lease after >10 time restart i get this resulti. 60.55.xxx.xxx

argree today morning was so good. my speed test was like 1.8 mbps. but after 2 p.m its like ......

I really dono what streamyx want from us. see this crazy speed in ipoh
