Complain no use because apparently, I found out that only my "region" is affected only. My cousin lived next street is doing fine. Guess must have been the technician fakaped the cable to my region. Oh well, out of my 3 weeks stay in Msia so far, 2 weeks of downtime/ interruption occurred. Great...
