today so slow.......
even they own website also take forever to loading...sometime error..server not found.... i kinda laugh until no sound..... how to provide internet service if they own website loading slow that snail... |

service is slow, but ask pay bill more worse that along....
first, call say bill need to pay, and help extend the deadline for few day... before the deadline due, they cut the line and guest what they play on the phone? "please pay the bill as soon as possible" ok, go pay. after few day. again asking to pay bill again.... but bill, never reach my house... damm... after few more day, again.... |

cant blame all to rain since we dint use wireless/satellite...
our connection is cable.....so rain should have little effect..except our sarawak connection to backbone is satellite or wireless... just tmnut screw up this time....or the technician leave the job half way for vacation...... |
