Just spoke to a CSO, according to him the connection to US is under maintenance, started on Nov 17. He couldn't give me the estimated date this would be resolved, though.

Anyone notice that the speed is suddenly OK, just like about 5 mins ago? Seems to be the same thing yesterday around the same time. But from morning to midnight the speed will be extremely horrible.
