speed is better but occassionally some packet loss.

From penang, speed is ok generally, but packet loss here and there, so sometimes page total cannot load, need refresh to reload.

It has been like that for the past 4-5 days, speedtest ok, but ping test 30-50% packet loss.

Sometimes if the speedtest experience packet loss, the page just freeze out.


China website almost totally inaccesible for months already, but usinh celcom bb, no problem.

strange, someone having high ping, some having poor speed, while on my side, ping is ok as normal (250~300ms), speed wise also normal (400+kbps) to US site, but facing packet loss issue.

Seems everyone experience different issue.

If congestion, we should see high ping, poor speed and potential loss packet (timeout)
But it is strange to see normal ping but constant packet loss.

I need to give thumb up for their technician on my issue.

Yesterday lodged complaint report, today afternoon fix and solve the problem.
