Yup. Problem happened about 4pm-ish. Despite several attempts to get a different IP address, connection was still slow. Tried to call the tech idiots at 100... no surprise that the reps are all busy. That's when i managed to get through - most of the time, the line disconnects when you press 2 for technical assistance. LOL.

What is happening to this country? Oh Yeah... right... welcome to Malaysia. Same shit, different day.

For what it's worth, I've emailed a complaint to both TM and MCMC. But the fact that I don't expect much to happen reflects the confidence i have in either organization.

Don't bother calling the 100 hotline. You won't be able to get through. You may get through on their 1-300 hotline, but you'll only get the "rep not available" message.

I think they are all still napping from their afternoon teabreak, since it's still gomen-mentality over there despite the bhd, the new logo, and the new decor.
