Yep in these few days, connection has been on and off, 1 minute it was going at 80kb/ sec, the other second it is at 0.1 kb/ sec , what happened I wonder

I called them ,as usual those brainless and IT uneducated receptionist told me to go thru the same process, every single call will waste atleast 30 minutes of my time , what a shameful service.


However ,they did not admit it was their problem either.
Dont bother calling the technician to do checking either, my report was cancelled, not Once but 3 times after they fail to find out what is going on ( probably because he has to Minum teh everytime I called him )

Receptionist calling me, saying 'AIR BOCOR' is causing my line to slow down, I should have submit these hilarous IT joker to the news for the sake of LoLs


Oh god , how I wish theres an Internet superhero here to save us all from these misery






How can such service actually survive in Malaysia ?

Yes I got very very frequent disconnection eversince yesterday . I bet their remote server got kissed by the lightning strike again .
