For me I am had several DC today but line (SNR etc) seems to be ok.

If its blinking means can't sync to DSLAM. Call them and complain about it

I suggest you either use socks/anon proxies or vpn before doing that. Unless you want kena tangkap under ISA
 I agree these days seems to be slow. They claim their internet issue currently faced by those in Northern region isn't fixed yet. |

Go use VPN or anonymous proxies or socks 4/5 la. If you don't know what those words means then google is your friend.
