yea..youtube is really slow..i use IDM to download it and getting 30kb/s max..think they cap it...geez...the ping to youtube.com is rather good though under 80ms...

B is already good enough. Ping 50ms - 70ms (B) not bad.
I also get B sometimes, even when my port is still 1024kbps capped.
But overall, satisfied lah. Can stream YouTube HD. Since I also upload. The speed & stability is crucial.
Don't want to wake up in the morning and see 5 failed uploads.

384kbps - 1.5mbps user working is fking fine!

2mbps - 4mbps slow down after 830pm every weekday and weekend start from the afternoon.

i connect my neightbour 1mbps line is even faster then my 2mbps line in the night.

ping from 1mbps average 20ms

ping from 2mbps average 130ms + lose packet

anyone can explain this?

User is getting many and many, Server having seriously congest! they are migrating their server, but they don't give a dead line, mean if you wanna use smooth streamyx than wait for it, that all.

normally local latency is 15 - 25max

if you found www.tm.net.my latency is higher than 60, definitely all site are dead due to lose packet.

as i know they not throttle youtube, but just because of the server congest, there are many lose packet in between your connection to youtube. web streaming is all dead.

but if you use PPS for movie Streaming, it can smooth like hell without any lag. same to torrent.

reply from TM technician: if you cannot wait for it, downgrade your connection or temporary swap u back to the 1mbps or 1.5mbps, since the server is still working fine.

too much of new comer congest the 2mb-4mb line...

4mbps so what? my download speed only 131kbps... so what i can do? i just tell you what i know from the technician came my house.

they also farkap because of user keep scold them but they can't do anything due to the problem is not from local anymore.
