hey guys . may i know how do you all count the amount of calories
for " economy rice " ? I use to have a plate of rice with 3 dishes such as pork/chicken , vege and eat for lunch . But i could never determine the amount of calories and protein . Mind explaining a lil ? Thanks  ! |
