im 73kg with 177cm btw..on top is pretty much my diet and i need to change it b4 i get boring..

u got non-stick frying pan?
try mincing the chicken breast into burger patty...
thn saute it till cooked....
taste well....

can eat wif whole meal bread or pita bread thn add cheese or eggs to flavour it up...
