if u bought the house directly from developer, u can request the house number to change, mind u number 14 is a very good number in term of fengshui but to supersticious chinese they don like it becos it sounds like sure die while number 13 is a unlucky number for angmo, depend how u look at it.

Yes, you can change it at your local council like MPSJ. It cost about rm200.

according to one of the fengshui theory n calculation 14 mean "kwai yan". How they arrive at that conclusion I am not sure becos the calculation formula is too complex for me to absorb.

fengshui is about chi movement... while house no. is just a representation/identity of the house.
in such case, how the numbers could impact the chi movement rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

if you change your house no., what about your S&P and title? it must be changed as well isn't it? It sounds like a complicated job..

No, you don't need to change your s&p & title. My neighbour's house is 14, sold last year and the new owner has changed it to 12A. The previous owner was doing very good despite the no. 14. He has 3 children since he moved in and now migrated to Australia.
