You can but only if server is not full. And you will be kicked by server to make way for people who has reserve slots when they log-in. That was how it rolled during bf2142. Looking at the BETA , it probably gonna be full too for BFBC2.

i can go 3mnth 6mnth or 12months. But I do expect decent discounts.

From 2142 experience the ping is about 40 - 70.
From BFBC2 beta the ping is about 15 to 38.

Generally connection to SG is less than 60 Ping for me and I have streamyx 1Mb ADSL line. If its more I usually swich IP adress until its gets decent.

I would say that anything less 50 Ping is very playable. Anything above 150 is not (like some parts of Australia).

BTW. we really have no choice, its either fragnetics in SG or bust.

Bust as in you can still play on those servers but you have to connect when its not full, and even if you do get in sucessfully you still don't how long until you are disconnect because VIP comes in and force the server to boot you out (and your stats not updated because you boot out in mid of a game).
