wanna buy this game for the multiplayer, but i would like to know how to join some group for this ? is there a team which i can join for multiplayer ?

Yeah basically anyone can join, however, for those who have paid, they will have priority. IE if the server is full, a normal player will get kicked out in favor of the priority player.

ehm paid for the game or for joining the team/server?
does team work matters in this game? i know its a 24 multiplayer game ... with that number of players... i dont think team work matters lol! |

Oh man when you have a good team in this game, it's a whole different experience. This is less of an arcade game like COD where one really crazy good player can win the match. To win you definitely need to have some teamwork. Recon spots enemies, medic brings you back up, engineers fix tanks (or destroy them), etc.
