Ok, guys. Let's get this Clan Wars started!! From: Daddy_Esteee
For tonight's game (Sat, 21/11/09), it will start at 10pm.
So, for the Clan Wars tonight, there will be 4 teams going into battle:
a. EVIL vs GU-7 b. LIVE vs F!FO1 c. VEIL vs 1MSIA
Team F!FO 1, please add Sa12ad in your friend list as he is the TL for LIVE.

p/s : Make sure everyone's at the lobby by 10pm.

Team leaders, Please ensure the respective team leaders (Metalgearz_07, Tuan_Arif, Sa12ad and Dekotora69) are in your Friend's list. Also, please make sure you have your 6 team members selected.
As for other teams,
The War is still open. Get at least 6 members in your clans & let me or sixaxis know of your team.

Below is the league format that we're using:
LYN Modern Warfare 2 Clan Wars Round 1
Team| EVIL LIVE VEIL FIFO FIF2 EVIL ---- LIVE ----- VEIL ----- FIFO ----- FIF2 -----
Maps & Modes a) Each match will consist of 6 games. b) Each team will host 3 games c) Modes will be Team Deathmatch, Domination & Hardcore HQ d) Each team will have the liberty to choose their own maps for the respective modes e) No spectators allowed
Players a) 6 vs 6 b) Match will proceed as normal if team has not enough players by the time match commences c) Players who have played for a particular team in the tourney, will not be allowed to play for another team. Players caught playing for two teams will result in both teams will be disqualified.
Others 1) No devices like FragFX or converter is allowed. Only original PS3 controllers. 2) Players found using any cheat devices or hack(eg. rapid fire) will cause disqualification to the team.
Team Leaders, Please make sure you add all 6 Team Leaders in your PSN Friends List.

I'd like to ask how's MP ? does it smooth?? or lag?
Now that the game is officially launched and most COD players already got their copy. Chances are, you will have no problems connecting to players around this region. Best time to play as mentioned by other members here is from 6pm till late. In the day, connection might not be as good as chances of you being connected to countries further away are more likely. So, to enjoy a good MP experience, add as many people from the Players List above. Log on from 6pm onwards. You'll sure to have a "bloody" good time.
To play online with fellow members here, it doesn't matter. As the MP part of the game is region free. Your concern should be - will there be region lock for future MAP downloads. That, is a question I still have no answer to myself. Can someone confirm? Or provide source on DLC? Was CoD4's DLC region locked? I can't recall.

Wah, the last Evil vs. RG was 8th August 2008 Ahhhhhh, brought back some good old memories ......... Looking forward to the next battle .... Both teams featuring some of the best CoD players around

Last nite, though full bar. Game still lag like hell. Everyone started teleporting. I know it's no use ranting here, but I really wished Infinity Ward didn't put in the Host Migration shit in the game. It really sucks. In CoD4, when someone host a game, it stays. Now, it jumps around as it wishes. One game, you've got full bars. Next, you're with a damn red bar. Without Host Migration, this game would've been perfect.
@ Clan Leaders
Now that everyone are more familiar with the maps. Will there be a friendly Clan Match soon? Can't wait to see some clan actions.
I think it's high time to have a Clan Wars league. This was also agreed during our MW2 players yumchar last weekend. (Btw, where were you, sixaxis?)
I was there .... in spirit. Supporting from afar. While playing MW2. Trust me. When I was kena tapau-ing by others. I wished Omen, Mr_Estee, Punaianzz, Taikor, Metal, Sa12ad, Bubble, Badboyz were there in my team. See! EVIL is always in my mind.

Omen, haha. I like to see him kana buli (cuz seldom that happens). That day, after kena tapau kaw kaw by an Australian Clan (iCoD), invited Omen in the game to help. He got in, we were playing Domination (Ground War). Skali kena tapau by those guys. Hahahaha. They were really good. But to be fair to Omen, our line also ayam a bit. But those guys were also very tight in their coordination. It felt like a game consisting of 9 Omen in one team.
Malam tadi main , bukannya lag, tapi SANGKUT SANGKUT...
Sangkut sangkut ..... exactly. End up, everyone playing 1 red bar game .... Oinee, Sa12ad and a few others. We continued to play till about 1:30 am After a few more games, tak tahan dah. Went to sleep instead. Frust la, last nite's connection. Hope will be better tonite.
