Hi everyone i'm very new(started 2 months ago) to building/collecting sd gundams and i must admit they are VERY addicting!

Unfortunately i have never watched any gundam anime and these sd models are the first gundam models i've ever collected/made.

I'll be sure to post some of my models up soon and hopefully learn some helpful tips from you guys!

I've been always curious but what do those little certificates in the kit manuals mean? Do we cut it out and glue it somewhere? o_O?

ahhhh T_T i accidently snapped off my chest blade piece of my burai maru while transforming him! :[ he was limited edition too.

Special metallic Blue edition :[ I bought it long ago when it was available on hlj.com It doesn't look that bad without the chest blade but no more transforming :[

Haha that is the one that i posted pictures of before~ The chest and eyes light up! I think it is called Turn SD Gundam. I have a RX-78-2 version that lights up too.

I will post more of my gundams soon! Again i am sorry for poor picture :[ my camera broken i am using phone camera

Yes you turn it upside down and either u get red eye, green eye, left chest light, right chest light, or any combo of what i listed. You are very lucky if you can get all 3 to light up I've flipped mine over over 20 times and still didn't get

It is metallic version and very shiny! Plus parts of it(shoulder) are made out of real metal i believe. Its pretty heavy for a sd gundam.
The regular version is not shiny and comes in a normal silver color.

Tamashii edition is VERY shiny compared to the regular edition and the paint job is much more better i love it
Pretty sure parts of his armor are made from real metal. Its by far the heaviest SDX gundam i've owned so far and the armor actually makes a metal sound when u tap it!

I paid 90 usd(300 RM) for mine but it usually sells for 330RM++

I really want the new SDX Full Knight Gundam Tamashii Limited Edition! It came out this February and it looks so nice but expensive :[

xDD dragon knight and sdx command gundam cheapest right now xD i got the 1st press edition that comes with aura blade :] But yes it is very nice! I heard there was tamashii release for dragon knight but i have not seen yet.

I was going to post mine in the morning(2:20am here x_x) but since it sounds urgent i took some quick screenshots on my phone

i'm not done building this model yet(like 97% done haha) I have alot of extra parts that do not come with instructions so yea

This model is basically bb #100 but with EXTRA set of armor for customization! Everything is molded in very high quality metallic/gold/silver! One of the most prettiest models i've built haha.

The 2 guns on his back shoot bullets(silver bullets in this case. Kit comes with about 5 bullets. They shoot about 1.5-2 feet)

Has ALOT of weapons!




The gold thing on the far left, i don't know what that is. I'm 80% sure its a weapon/armor stand but i'm not completely sure -_o?






I forgot to mention.. It transforms into a big shiny bird

He has 3 swords(one not pictured. Its in the kit box), a big spear, and 2 guns on back that shoot bullets. Thats 6 weapons

Gold armor set has seperate sticker sheet but i have not had the time to apply.

It is usd $95(315 RM) with free shipping. This is a VERY good price! (I bought around that price. Usually costs $130 USD++(430 RM++)

If you want SDX FA Knight Gundam you should wait till the price goes down. That is what i'm doing. The tamashii edition costs ALOT right now and hard to
find seller! so i am just waiting for the price to go down.

hmmm i don't know. I am new to collecting/building SD gundam or any gundam in general but the price for SDX seems fair to me o_O.

The resin models out there cost about USD$40 and come unassembled(not snap-fit. Need glue) and you have to completely paint the model(comes completely naked resin model). For prepainted versions of the resin kits, they cost USD$100+++

The SDX made out of diecast metal(they are HEAVY) and comes already painted and assembled o_O. Diecast car models for the cheaper ones cost around $50 here in the US hobby shops so i think the price for SDX isn't that bad >_>.

Maybe its just me. I never built PG/MG of any gundams only SD BB models. But i think reason why it costs so much is because of the materials needed to make.

Or i could be completely wrong

The top one is the VERY RARE SD BB #178 multi color clear edition which comes with promo video tape.
