Coz if everyone buy that kit, then everyone can get one set of the weapon.
So, they wont do that.
Sure they want to clear their other stocks first.
Perhaps, they will only put that kits on the shelf only on last day.

For SD Ingram, I think you should able to see them in BTS if you are in KL.

Overall is still acceptable if you din paint it.

I will suggest Graffiti at BTS level 5.
Next will be Time Machine at level 7.
But I guess I am like most of the ppl here, dont really like Time Machine though sometimes their items may be cheaper.
