hi there,
sorry to trouble every1

i just got my iphone 3gs a couple of days ago and i intend to jailbreak it.
all the post here says that they're version is 3.1.2
mine is different
i got the phone from maxis

version 3.1 (7C144)
Model MC 131MY
Modem firmware 05.11.07

i cannot upgrade it 3.1.2 coz the latest on itunes is 3.1.3. if i update.. its becomes 3.1.3
so far i went thru more than 10 pages of the thread but found nothing similiar to mine.

how do i jailbreak my iphone in this case...

please help..

hi there... i've just downloaded the 3.1.2 update but i do not now how to upgrade my phone from 3.1 to 3.1.2 with itunes..

in that case then this method will not work. then i need to wait for jailbreak to be avail for ver 3.1.3... sigh

lolz.. i'm still on 3.1 but i downloaded the 3.1.2 ipsw so tat i can upgrade it. didnt work tho.. still running on 3.1...

There is NO unlock solution now even tho' you can upgrade and Jailbreak to 3.1.3 and maintained the older baseband.
Did you use Pwnage Tool 3.1.5 (for Mac) or Snowbreeze JB (PC) solution?

i'm on versiuon 3.1.3
carrier maxis 5.0
model mc131my
modem firmware 05.12.01

will it be safe for me to jailbreak it with spirit..
i'm sorry.. i know there alot of msgs above me saying unlock, jailbreak icid shsh.. cant really really undestand those stuf.. so srry.. hope there someone out there who can help me
