hi, need help here

my iphone 3g 3.1.2 (jb) recently always show storage not enough, and very lag, i try to delete all the apps but still remain the same. so i go setting and all reset...

after reset, my iphone stuck in the white apple logo screen, i try to DFU, but itunes will auto update to 3.1.3

so wat can i do in order to make it success boot...
