total failure.
till the point where i need a full restore on my phone. and itunes dont allow me to restore it with a 3.1.2 iwsp.

stuck with 3.1.3 ady.... T_T

nope.. currently got many tools can do it.. like snowbreeze, redsnow.. those application can help u.. hehe

b4 this, i've googled around and found snowbreeze. but from the official website & some other blogs, its creators doesnt recommend newer sets of 3gs to test out the jailbreak.

i used sn0wbreeze on iPhone 3G before, now i upgraded to 3GS and wanna know whether jailbreak 3.1.3 os on 3gs is problem-free now? i know it is not recommended but just in case i need restore and jailbreak, i got a solution for it. thanks.

im using 3g updated with 3.1.3 too, just jailbreaked it using redsn0w 0.9.4 with firmware 3.1.2

it should be 3gs..and i think he havent catch the file earlier...so he cant downgrade the version but 3g got no problem right??

just buy my iphone yesterday and jailbreaked but everytime i restart or turn on iphone it require me to connect to itunes and i cant boot into my phone. how to slove?

The BlackRa1n jailbreak will work with the 3.1.2 firmware but not the latest 3.1.3 firmware.

Info:
1) BlackRa1n works like redsnow which keeps your contacts, apps and settings intact.
2) Takes 5-10 minutes to jailbreak the iPhone unlike Redsnow or Pwnagetool.

BlackRa1n only supports a tethered jailbreak. Once jailbroken you should not allow your battery run out. Once your batt runs out, you will need to reconnect it to your computer and use BlackRa1n to boot. Also be reminded, do not reboot or shutdown your iPhone.

Q: What is tethered and untethered?
A: A tethered jailbreak means you cannot boot (turn on the iphone) without connecting it to a computer. Untethered means the iphone jailbreak is independent of computer, and it can boot all by its lonesome self.
There are no advantages to a tethered jailbreak, its just that when the developers release these applications, the tethered ones come first, then the untethered

its a tethered jailbreak... mean u are using new iphone 3gs.... not to worry... just re-JB again... and make sure u dont kong your batt/reboot/off your phone or else u have to JB again...

i jailbreak my iphone 3gs but after that i dunno installed some source from cydia and afterwards my phone was in recovery mode and by doing full restore i went to 3.1.3 . FML.

maybe u install wrongly like ultrasnow?? bcos i try before.. my baseband is 5.11 then install ultrasnow bcos is locked set.. so at the end.. haha.. it go restart and now is 5.12.. swt

yeah my baseband now is 5.12
