why wld anybody bother to jailbreak 3.1.3 unless u bought new unit?
for old iphone users, there is no additional feature.

YES! finally jb mine with no prob. photos (except camera roll), app, fav, music, data and all still intact... and the magic CYDIA appearing on my screen...

this JB is compatible for all iphone model and itunes version

This statement is referring to those carrier locked iPhones right?

Do not upgrade if u unlock a LOCKED version if iPhone 3G or 3GS~

so far anyone encounter any problem after JB-ed with spirit?? like wifi not working, camera, battery life...

As always, everytime a new JB method comes out, forumers will sure go against the rules and post on piracy. Good, time to teach them some lesson for not taking heed to the LYN RULES.

Yes.. It's not possible via Spirit.

applied spirit jb on my 3.1.3 ... after jb , the only thing went missing is the photos in camera album
others all remain ... so far havent found any other missing item yet ..

yup.... same... backed up but no use.. luckily copied to new folder.. can get back those pics..

I guess this will be one of those repeat questions, but there are still a few more concerns I have that is yet to be fully answered...

...this coming from a guy who has just understood the difference between a tethered and an untethered JB, and just 5 mins ago what SHSH blobs are:

1) What if I want to get an app off the official App Store? Will I still be able to do that? Will I be limited to Cydia?

2) What if I want to sync my phone to iTunes (for backup purposes, add music into the phone, add photos etc)? As far as I know JB apps will all be gone. There was an app I read sometime ago that basically let's you do a one-button restore on all your JB apps though - couldn't remember it.

I know these questions must have been asked many times... this must be one of those days where I keep entering the wrong keystrokes.. :S

Carrier locked to US with new baseband and firmware. Crap.

given that if you are already jailbroken

1.) yeap, you still buy and download updates from the appstore through itunes
2.) you can still sync your iphone through itunes with no problem, no data loss don't worry
