Thank you all for replying to me so quickly. I just want to make some clarification.
Spellbook and Abilities can be learnt from the Class Trainer found is most towns. It can also be resetted for a cost but it gets more expensive each time. My question is, can we learn ALL the Spellbook and Abilities for the class? It only cost money, right? Most of the Spellbook and Abilities has some level requirement before we can learn them, that's why we usually choose the Filtered list when talking to the Class Trainer.
Talent is something we learn ourselves with points. We are given 61 points max and distributed accordingly among three-builds (eg: marksmanship, beast master, survival) each class or we can concentrate one just one-build (eg: marksmanship). Talent is used to improve Spellbook and Abilities, be it extra damage or lower cooldown time, etc. Most of the Talents are determine by how many talent points you have used for that particular build, right?
Is my understanding above, correct?
Last question: Can the talents on the "N"-window be resetted? For example, now I play marksmanship and later decide to go with beast mastery, so I want to reset. Is that possible?
Abilities can't be reseted theres only one set of abilities for each class and you have to learns it all, you learn it with gold at your class trainer. Spellbooks are books that drop off mobs that also teach your chars abilities, abilities that are learned through spellbooks are like extra abilities to help you. For example a priest you can learn the ability Power Word: Fortitude from the class trainer, which allows you up to skill rank 7, once you reach rank 7 you can buff people in raids and no one would complain about it, but imagine buffing 25 people with this, sure take a long time. So as an option the priest can look for a spellbook called Prayer of Fortitude which allows the priest to cast the same buff to several people at once which save him alot of time. The priest can choose not to learn them, but most of the time it is better if he learns them anyway.
you basically got the talents correct..
