Secondly, are the 5 PCs connected to the router by wireless or hard wired? If wireless then I can't help you further because I'm not particularly familiar with D-Link.

If it is hard wired then all you need to do is make sure the cable is PC-to-hub cable and not PC-to-PC cable. Hook up, go in game, start a game and the game should be visible to the other 4 PCs.
