im having problem during the installation......cryin....
a pop up msg during the update: " an error occurred during the installation" . has anyone encounter this before? help.... after i got the error msg, i have tried to run the Onyx and it doest help either.... |

well. my prblm is now resolved.
i downloaded the file separately and install . it ran very smooth and finally successfully updated. |
