Hey can somebody tell me if all this GPS apps for iphone using 3g connection or any data connection?

is there one tht does not use any data connection to track ?

so from what i see there isnt a GPS software like GPS which depends solely on the map and the GPS chip ? im lookin for one tht doesnt use data connection when its on

Yes it is. GPS can't detect in a building sometimes. But somehow my room has the "weird zone" where i can get 3G and GPS connection but other parts of my room i can't
