 [WTA] Budget <380K, looking for landed - own stay, professionan advice needed.

Dear all,
I am currently going nowhere, undecided between place to stay.
Based on my maximum budget of less than RM380K, there's limited choices available.

I am looking for landed property - 2 story terrace house.

Been looking around Petaling Jaya, Sri Petaling, Kinrara, Puchong and OUG area.

Looks like house in Kinrara and Sri Petaling have property that suit my budget. Sri Petaling accessibility is much more easier and there's many access road available. Forget about new property.

Any advice on which property to pick up? shed me some light.

I work in P.J. I plan to pick up one for own stay end of this year.

wont be able advice u on area to choose cos i think onli u can make tat decision..but i can tell u ur not able to move in by end of this year..is 1st week nov now..a loan process easily takes 2-3 months..

Yes I understand especially leasehold house takes at least 6 month to finish the transaction.

Anyway, before I make decision, just wanna try to see if there's other area which is easily accessible..

Its no longer 6 months actually, sometime is less than 3 months for leasehold nowadays that happen also becos of lazy lawyer, it should be less becos I get my leasehold done in 1 month for one of my house in Taman Kinrara.

I live in sri petaling and accesibility is not a problem.
Been there for 5 years now. I must say I'm quite happy with the place.
How about savanna? The berjaya block should be within range.

Chase the lawyer to settle your document, tats it. The fastest they can complete the things is 2 weeks to 1 month. You try ask your lawyer whether they are willing to help you settle the documentation in one month, most likely they ask for undertable money to speed things up, in actual they are the one that is asking for money and try to delay the submission.
