Hello folks. I'm someone very very new to the property scene and was wondering if you all could share your experience / feedback on investing in medium cost properties (flats, apartments, condos, houses) in terms of price appreciation, rental income, property management and tenants. Also, would it be the best way to start investing? I see quite a high number of these properties going up for auction. Appreciate your response & comments notworthy.gif

a number of forumers keep asking the same questions. I think you better go to MPH or Borders a lot of book for beginner there. You can also search here LYN a lot of same discussion in the past quiet informative but not nescessarily accurate depend on individual whether to accept the idea or not.

Thanks imax. I've actually read books by Renesial Leong and Azizi Ali. Good information, definitely. I did try searching through LYN's and found a few very informative ones.

Have you invested in any? If yes, mind sharing? Thanks

Read the project specific threads (like the Zest or Amansiara etc etc), from there you'll know who's vested in which projects...
