I have a Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP steering wheel but I lost the adapter. On the back of the steering wheel got states the power rating to be 24V, 750mA(center positive). I check my compaq laptop adapter and its also 24V DC but the ampere is 3.5A. Can I use this on my Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP?

I plan to buy another one but cannot really find one that fit exactly. 24V is easy to find but the exact ampere is not.
