Pretty worth budget case for cable management..RM142

Hello, mind giving suggestion for the best case that fits these criterias:

-Budget RM500-RM550
-Internal USB 3.0 Header
-Side Window preferable
-Water-cooling friendly
-Cable management

Hope can give comments on this..

600T got internal usb 3.0? i thought its external..

btw, are these casings are able to fit WC radiator at the top part? (replacing the stock fan provided in the package)

im not inclined with custom-made WC...im planning to go with XSPC RASA Kit later on...
i think i'll fit just nice is it?

i'm waiting for haf XM actually...just wondering whether it will be less than RM400...
and yes, im not inclined with custom WC, and i tend to grab RS240 instead..
i hope XM fits RS240 nicely..

311 plus? no fan at side panel, cheaper, got usb3.0 some more..
the only drawback is it has really bad air flow for OC...

Guys, mind to ask for some suggestion for good casing here based on these criterias:
-WC friendly, able to fit 240mm rad on TOP of the case
-USB 3.0 ready
-Cable management
-mATX / ATX mobo, not going for ITX
- no need big case, im not utilize too much 3.5' bay..just two, one HDD, one SSD, and probably one extra bay if i need to use it later
-side window
-3 or 4 5.25 drive bay (two for reservoir, one ODD, and probably one for misc)

budget wise, emm not sure, but need to find the best design so that i can save some money for that...thanks

i know lots of choices, but i need to find a decent look from outside...and seems 650D poison me more, with its solid build...but need to buy usb3.0 internal adapter..

i've went through some reviews and i do make some ads and drawbacks between c70 and 650D;

-got fans at HDD bays
-only 2 USB ports at front panel
-side window got fan slot (i need full window, need to find modder)
-noisy locking system (like opening steel tool box)
-steel handle (i dont think i really need this since im not going to move much)
-no HDD swappable capability
-cheaper than 650D

may i know how much does it require to make a full acrylic panel?
