If you are more toward water cooling, shinobi xl will be better since more size of rads for mounting are available.
600t white user here, you can only mount 240mm, 200m or 120m rad inside the case.
Both casings are heavy, and do check the 600t twice before buying as the latches/fittings may not be that aligned properly. It wont be noticed unless u observe it near.

As mentioned, longest rad u can fit is only 240mm on top.

yes, mounting holes for 120mm, 140mm, 200mm and 230mm fans can be mounted there. You might have some difficulties mounting some 200mm fans as not all the mounting holes may not align properly. in this case, mounting only 2 of the screws is advised

put it this way,

do you want a side panel? with lots of cable management? then go for the 350D

-or-

do you want something small that's quite unique sitting on your desk? or even beside your TV? and don't care about windowed panels? then go for the Prodigy
