No such thing IMHO it'll mostly depend on your budget and setup (e.g. Water / air cooling) some ppl will say best chassis is no chassis at all and set up on the mobo box

exactly my point... to you no chassis is not cool but to some ppl, it is so whats ur budget for ur chassis? we can suggest a few for you to look at and choose

if you can increase your budget to RM1300, many more options. lian li and corsair 800d

800D is less than 1000. Decide in whether you want to go watercooling, picking a casing depends on whether you wanna go air or wc.

If you dont wanna do wc, there are many casings available.

You can gain about 50% improvement in cpu speed going wc.

These are some casings that are good for wc and can house radiators internally (more than one rad)

Cm 692a, trooper, haf x, cosmos 2, corsair 800d, xigmatek elysium, tj07, tj11, xspc h1, h2, ldpc v8. There may be more but these are some common choices that I can recall. Price is rm300+, 500+, 900+, 1300+, 1500+, 2000+

Ldpc v8 is rm2k+. The xspc h2 is about the same but 1k cheaper
