Casing recommendations thread, What to buy, where to buy, how much?

Anyone could recommend me a casing that has the following characteristic?

Hmm, how much is RV01?
Btw, RV02 doesn't have a cover to cover the optical drive right? Is there any other case? |

Hmm, I am wondering if there is a case that looks like CM 690 II Advanced and have RV01 bay door and the mobo stage is removable?.. and the price is reasonable...
