Aluminium and fits long GPUs is certainly going to cost you quite a bit, other brand that caters for Aluminium is Lianli and Jonsbo which I can promise you it'll be at least be affordable... but not cheap- standard CPU cooler around 160cm (hyper 212+)

I can recommend an m-ATX shassis that could fit your GPU and cooler but it's not aluminium.. the Silverstone TJ08E
