After experiencing how limited is a budget casing, I know my next casing must have:
1) BIG BIG gap behind for hiding away THICK THICK cables 2) Good ventilation ( minimum 3 fans) 3) What do ya call this? Like for watercooling one. Good for hiding cables 4) And of course Side Window Added on June 20, 2012, 2:16 am QUOTE(Zzorro @ Jun 13 2012, 01:32 AM) hai mate y u want waste ur money to buy rm600 casing.... Mother of God. Look at those fans positioned there better use ur extra money to buy the best hardwere.. the best casing and good for money is XIGMATEK PANTHEON price only rm250 to 280... and this casing better for water cooling... QUOTE(Armesh @ Aug 18 2012, 06:58 PM) This is my build: Seems like Idealtech already has fresh stock of Asgard Pro. I suggest you PM him about it Intel Core i5-3550 @ 3.30GHz Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 OC Edition Gigabyte B75M-D3V Corsair D3 VS1333 (CL.9) WD Caviar Blue 500GB SATA 3 HDD LiteOn 24x Seasonic 620W S12II Viewsonic VX2336S IPS Display So for the casing I am considering to get CM Elite 431 plus. Or should I just get CM Elite 311 Plus which is RM 20 cheaper? Or is there a better cheaper casing than 431 Plus? Many forumers are recommending Xigmatek Asgard Pro Between 431 plus and Xigmatek Asgard Pro, which one is better? My budget is RM 160 max. Do not get 431+ as it has HORRIBLE cable management. Asgard Pro seems nice p/s: Your PSU is a little overkill there as your system won't even be using that much. Something like a FSP Hexa 500W should be more than enough. If you can, add a little more for a GTX660Ti at around RM1k |

QUOTE(Armesh @ Aug 18 2012, 07:21 PM) lol RM765 - RM1000 is not "a little more" . 7850 OC is super good enuff value buy d for me. The "little more"..I was referring to you to use a FSP Hexa 500W @RM149 instead. That will save you around RM150? Add another RM150 can buy GTX660Ti liao About FSP Hexa 500W.. Firstly, I dun wan stress my PSU by buying cukup cukup watt PSU. Secondly, every time I buy a cheap PSU it will spoil in 1 year time. Lastly, if I wan upgrade GC in the future I no need worry. That's why i buy 620 watts good quality one straight. Not good reasons? You know what? 500W is enough for a GTX670 and even the GTX680. Even in the near future, it'll probably be similar because it's not like those few years ago where graphics card really consume a lot of power. Nowadays it's different. It's consumers significantly less power and you get much cooler idle/load temperatures |
