you could go for either the Aerocool or Thermaltake since you dislike the Asgard Pro and the CM 430 has bad cable management...smile.gif

I wanna say Corsair 400r / 500r but they don't have windowed side panel... try the CM Haf-XM or the Corsair C70?? there is also the Cm 690 II Advanced

All almost the same(except for TT Commander), all have it's own Pros and Cons as well as features and built quality. Choose the one that have the features you like or looks more appealing to you  smile.gif

Agreed, all of the chassis listed is good at that budget.. now up to Mr.Ben to have a look at it himself and compare wink.gif

if we put money or price aside..which casing would be better? xigmatek asgard pro, xigmatek panteon, or aerocool xpredator?

cause pantheon and xpredator has nice looks..and what i read from this forum before, asgard pro has good cable management  hmm.gif
*
if you're interested on a full tower chassis, the pantheon has my vote compared to the Xpredator, clear window, cleaner looks, hot-swap HDD and more default fans smile.gif

asgard pro should sell for rm159..how about pantheon selling price now? smile.gif
*
The Pantheon is selling at about RM290.. for a full tower chassis with front panel USB3.0, I'd say thats a good value buy... of course the asgard is cheaper as its a mid-tower chassis

thanks sifu..between pantheon an lian li pc-7hx which one better in your opinion?
*
IMHO, I like the design of the Lian Li, really sleek look with adequate fan filters and sturdy aluminium design

but the Pantheon is what one might be more familiar with as it's another version of the CM690II where you'd have the additional cooling options built into the chassis..

So here is my advice.. if you're having problems with heat and wishes to look at the internals of your PC with extra features, go for the Pantheon

If you're looking to have a nice and simple little subtle monster sitting on your desk or as a home entertainment PC in the living room, I'd go for the Pc-7hx

if i use i7 3770, 16gb ram, gtx 560 ti 2gb 256 bit, 620w psu, p8z77 mobo..will it create too much heat?

i see 2 big fans on the front side of lian li casing..is it like better cooling than pantheon?  smile.gif

forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/hardware-clinic-2/%5Bnew-arrival%5D-lian-li-pc-7hx-3904549.html
*
IMHO the pantheon might be more cooling since it has more meshed surfaces compare to the Lian Li.. looking at your system spec, the heat will mostly come from the Gtx560Ti but not too much to worry about in either chassis... its best that you go to the shops and take a look at both chassis personally before buying.. I could describe all I want about my fav chassis and still the choice will be yours to decide wink.gif

The temperature is almost non relevant with a non Oc rig. Be it a CM 311, or a LDPC v8. After all, your Pc will run within the Intel's thermal threshold. Go with whatever you think looks best

This is my Specs
i5 2400
4gb ram
asustek 560 ti 1gb
asustek p8b75-M LE
CM GX 650W

I'm not an overclocker, just normal user, playing games and stuff? it runs on thermal threshold i guess, currently using my old HP compaq business Case with only one rear fan.  thumbup.gif

CPU min: 32 C  Max : 71 C
GPU min: 31 C  Max : 71 C or mayb more
Ambient Temp : 30C

can i go whatever i want as well? for the looks and not the specifications?  wink.gif
Maybe going for budget case
*
It is true that all hardware will run within the safe temperatures but IMO with a good chassis, you could lower the temps a bit more and have a much easier time doing so

While 71C is considered a safe load temp to the Gtx560Ti, getting a well-ventilated chassis will probably lower the load temp by 4C to 5C due to the chassis ability to expel the hot air faster compared to the HP-Compaq chassis you're using.. so if you wanna go budget then go for at least the CM Elite 311 plus or better so that you will not regret your decision later smile.gif

ohmy.gif  why would i go LOL ? saw some designs of it, its kinda nice but not sure about the specs though. yea shinobi window is also in my list, still undecided between these three.

so which is better?

Haf 912 advanced, bitfenix shinobi window, cm 690 ii advanced?  rclxub.gif
*
All 3 are good IMO but I'd probably choose the Shinobi cause CM is kinda "Mainstream" nowadays laugh.gif

IMHO don't think dell has any of their chassis painted black on the inside... they rarely come with a window though tongue.gif
