Generally, any sub RM100 CM casing has NO cable management possible. The best sub RM100 casing with cable management is the Xigmatek Asgard Pro. Very oddly that not many customers purchased it. It could have been easily our favourite RM1xx casing. The CM431 Plus is such a nice casing but really wasted because of some poor interior planning that makes it impossible to hide all the cables perfectly.

QUOTE(torino @ May 4 2012, 02:51 PM) Hello, mind giving suggestion for the best case that fits these criterias: -CM Storm Trooper-Budget RM500-RM550 -Internal USB 3.0 Header -Side Window preferable -Water-cooling friendly -Cable management Hope can give comments on this.. -CM 692A They are both cheaper than your allocated budget. Skip all Corsair casing. The only one that does WC is the 800D. The rest of their casings are designed to use with RS240/H100 only. |

QUOTE(Dreamworks @ Jun 19 2012, 11:18 PM) Guys, need a little help here... Undecided between these few cases, which would be a better buy? 1) 360mm rad x 11) Cooler Master HAF XM 2) Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced 3) Cooler Master HAF X 4) CM Storm Trooper 5) Corsair C70 6) Corsair 500R My requirements: 1) ~RM500 2) Has side window (mesh/window combo is okay) 3) Easily removable dust filters 4) Roomie insides (full-tower is the best, but larger mid-tower also okay) 5) Cable management 6) Can fit tall air coolers with a height of 160mm, eg. Hyper 212 EVO 7) Water cooling friendly (in case I migrate from air cooling in the future) 8) USB3.0 ports and built-in fan controllers (not a must but nice to have) 9) Silent? I suppose this is a bonus Don't like BitFenix's, Raven's, and Chaser MK-1's looks, so they are excluded... At the moment I'm leaning towards Trooper and HAF 932 Advanced. Thanks! 2) 240mm rad x 1 (if not mistaken) 3) 360mm rad x 1, 120mm rad x 2 4) 240mm rad x 2. If you get creative, you can add a lot more by sacrificing some bays 5) 240mm x 60mm rad x 1, 240mm rad x 1 6) 240mm rad x 1 Additionally: 7) CM 692A - 240mm x 60mm rad x 1, 240mm rad x 1 |

FT02. We have a project PC based on that and it will be....epic.
RV02 is the budget variant. A budget inverted casing where you can install 240mm radiator, inverted, is: Bitfenix Outlaw ![]() You must use an MATX board in order to install the 240mm rad. |

QUOTE(johnromeo @ Oct 2 2012, 01:47 PM) if i use i7 3770, 16gb ram, gtx 560 ti 2gb 256 bit, 620w psu, p8z77 mobo..will it create too much heat? The temperature is almost non relevant with a non Oc rig. Be it a CM 311, or a LDPC v8. After all, your Pc will run within the Intel's thermal threshold. QUOTE(Mr.Ben @ Oct 4 2012, 12:42 AM) This is my Specs Everything is fine. You have an ambient of 30C and presumably a non AC room. 71C is not a problem under load. Our OC rigs in a 22C room runs all the way to 80-90C+ under full load. GPU can go all the way up till 100C sometimes, it has higher TDP than CPU. i5 2400 4gb ram asustek 560 ti 1gb asustek p8b75-M LE CM GX 650W I'm not an overclocker, just normal user, playing games and stuff? it runs on thermal threshold i guess, currently using my old HP compaq business Case with only one rear fan. CPU min: 32 C Max : 71 C GPU min: 31 C Max : 71 C or mayb more Ambient Temp : 30C can i go whatever i want as well? for the looks and not the specifications? Maybe going for budget case CM Elite 431 comes with only one front fan. We have built many non OC rigs using casing like this. Occasionally customers would ask if it's of a concern and our answer has always been no. There's no problem with any of these PCs. When you start overclocking and generate a ton of heat within casing that's when you need to have a casing with decent ventilation or the heat traps inside of the casing raising the case temperature and everything else which lowers your CPU OC bar. Pick whatever looks good to you. |

QUOTE(Mr.Ben @ Oct 4 2012, 07:44 PM) Well it really depends on the PRICE you are willing to pay. Most Rm 1xx casing will have the same pros and cons, and most 200+ would have the same, and etc.The safest casing to get is CM 692A. If not mistaken, it can accommodate the largest air cooler - Phanteks TC14PE, and is very watercooling friendly. With removable HDD cage that will even support 2 ft long PSU in the future |

Bitfenix Shinobi Window USB 3.0 - RM 259
Bays not removable, not as WC friendly. Once you start going down below RM 2xx the quality drops real quick. Go check out some Aerocool casings...you will go LOL |

Depends on how you look at things really. The whole street is full of Vios (Cooler Master), some people prefer to get City (Corsair), some prefer to get Preve (Aerocool

CM Elite 431 Plus - RM 149. Cheapest casing with USB 3.0, all black interior, and heck it even comes with a 3.5" hot swap bay (if you want to call it that). Decent build quality for a Rm 100+ casing. However, forget about cable management

Arc Midi R2 will be available but it probably won't be so soon. The ultimate Phanteks Enthoo Primo also will be available.
