i got one package, sent to UK several weeks ago, but until now, i can only see the pos daftar status as:

23 October 2009 Office of Posting (410000) CAWANGAN SERAHAN KLANG
24 October 2009 Dispatch To 640003

then until now, no update.. i called post office (local), and they said they cannot check whether the receiver received the package already o not.... before sending the package, i asked the post office people which mail can be tracked until UK, and requires signature, they told me Pos Daftar, so i sent using that, but now they tell me cannot track at all after leaving Malaysia. .....

so my question now is, how can i tell whether the receiver received the package already? its because im returning the package to him because its faulty, and im not sure whether he will tell me the truth if i ask him whether he received it or not... what can i do now?

i also checked the royal mail website, and the FAQ says that they can't track incoming international package... so if anyone can point me to the right direction for how i can track my package in UK, that would be great

i always use e-parcel to send things to europe...i can track it till it reach the country

also have use pos laju b4..cost alot, but still can only track until it reach the country

they will not update the status of the parcel when it reach to the receiver..dont know why

you mean using eparcel or pos laju can track until it reaches receiver? or until it touches down in that country?

i have sent an item to HK using post daftar and i can trace it with pos (e-parcel) until it's stated there as DELIVERED

Normally if I use posdaftar i track with that country national registered post tracking system. Like to USA, I will use USPS site to track, if UK maybe you can try to track it here,

Should be able to track here...pos daftar tracking use pos daftar one...why use e-parcel tracking?

Online tracking information is not available for anything sent to UK by pos daftar. Royal mail update the delivery status after it is delivered. So, there is nothing you can do.

Call pos malaysia doesn't help much because their customer service representatives are working with a damn head. LOL...

sigh, wad to do, i wait lo, i also heard there sthe strike for royal mail, thus delaying the PO process..

did the package in question here get delivered? i need to send a small item to London too, and the closest courier to me is pos malaysia therefore i will have to pos daftar. i wanted to know the reliability of that service and updatedness of their online tracking.

I sent alot of things to newzealand and switzerland before,and it doesnt take much time and traceable too .

how about to australia?..
