hye everybody!

back in august 2008 i bought an xbox 360 elite which has been banned from live recently due to the illegal firmware. lucky my gamertag is not being suspended haha and i would like to buy an arcade jasper soon.

1. can i still use the 120gb hard disk taken from my banned elite? i am worry and i don't want to purchase another xbox 360 just to get another banned because using that 120gb hard disk.

2. can i still use my previous gamertag in the hdd along side all files on it? e.g my dlc such lost and damned for gta iv. ya i know those save game files were created while i was using gta iv pirate disk but soon i want to get a vanilla version of jasper + genuine gta iv. can i still use the dlc with my genuine gta iv soon?

help me i want to download tony and gay whatsoever another dlc for my beloved gta iv!!!

Say, wanna ask that the license migration need what kind of info or tools ?
Is it just do online ? THanks

EDIT:
TS: btw, your gamertag from banned console will show as corrupt when u move to new console + game save. Delete it (I mean only the profile not the save and recover via live )

ok soon after get new jasper:
1. attach my beloved 120gb hard disk
2. switch on my new xbox 360
3. delete my gamertag but not the files (dlc, save game files, pictures, avatars item etc) associated with it
4. switch off xbox 360

5. plug in network cable
6. switch on xbox 360
7. recover gamertag

hope everything works fine then... or else what's the use of buying new xbox 360 if all my dlc have to purchase again, and all games have to start from 0%
