is there are any big different between 2ms & 5ms response time?..is the 5ms response time also good 4 gaming?

did u sent it to the shop?..usually the shop will wait until there are a lot of items to sent for the warranty to the supplier..if u sent directly to the supplier should be faster..for 1 to 1 exchange, sometime u can get in the same day if they got stock..but there are also some supplier that need at least 1 week to check whether the problem caused by customer/the manufacturer..
