i buy acer lcd today at pc fair..H233H...but after i open it, appear a green dot at the left top corner of my screen..huhu..is't anyone have the same prob..i hope the shop will change a new one to me...

adding to Riddhy's questions, i currently use samsung 2233sw 22 inch lcd. for my normal daily use, im very happy with it. im looking to upgrade to the p2770 but the price is a bit out of my range. i feel that if i only upgrade to 24 inch, very 'rugi' since the size different is quite small but price to pay is so much. i plan to sell my current monitor, lets say i can get rm450, need to add another rm400 for samsung p2450 but only add another 2 inch viewable area. then to go to p2770, need to add rm800. very expensive also. i watch hd movies so need to up things now.

so which is better guys? save some money, add rm400 to go to p2450 but only 2 inch addition of viewable area or ; korek deeper in my pocket and savings and go straight to p2770 since add 5 inch from 22 so more 'puas hati'?

my actual budget is around Rm550 to Rm600, can top up Rm50+ more if really worth it. My target is getting a full HD (1920x1080) monitor around 22-23 inch. Currently having dilemma choosing these 3: Acer X233H, Samsung B2230H, Dell ST2210.

Maybe there is monitor from other brand which is truly outstanding?

AOC brand is never on my mind, but I can give it a try if it is really outstanding. I heard that Samsung after sales service (warranty) service really bad.

1. How about AOC? how long is the warranty period and what does the warranty cover (such as single dead pixel vs Samsung's 7 dead pixel?)

2. Samsung B-series screen is new series right? the only thing that holds me now is their after sales service.

seller ask me to refer back to aoc. called aoc. they said cannot claim warranty. cos only 1 dead pixel. been using for 2months+ now.
bought from lowyat forum seller.

even i said less than a week they still refuse for 1 on 1 exchange.

So, which company will allow to change 1 to 1 if only 1 dead pixel?

Hi there, I'd like to ask an opinion between this 2 models which is the

-Dell ST2410

I've searched thru this forum, and hardly find any good comparison between this 2, except that the dell is a true 24" and is a lil cheaper.

Which of this 2 model would you guys recommend? My main purpose is for PC Gaming and for the Playstation3 Thus the HDMI port is very important.

From what I've checked in reviews, the vx2433wm has 2ms response time while the ST2410 has 5ms response time, does it really matters? And how's the color quality between this 2 models in comparison
