hi all. im a bit noobie in lcd monitor. just wanna ask, are all d new models of lcd able to use for touch screen? if no, any model tht can do tht?

any recommendation on a good lcd (preferrably with internal speakers). should be 22" - 24", full HD, hdmi ports, and able to mount to wall? price range rm500 - rm700. thanks
