if you got like a 24" at 1920x1080 its going to look bigger and still as sharp.

and whats 1064? u mean 1024x768? thats not HD at all.
HD ready would be 1366x768, which is just a fancy name to say it can watch 16:9 ratio movies nicely...but its definitely not HD.

the image should probably look as sharp if your 1366x768 monitor is an 18.5" / 20" etc.
but if at the same resolution when you go bigger like 24" or more, it should get more pixellised...and thats where u need better resolution.
