*If the PES Online is somehow slow to test the network environment, that means you haven't opened your ports for PES2010(If you're using a router). Go to PES settings.exe, look at online and uncheck auto. Make sure the port is 5739(default) and open the port with your router settings.(Under Virtual Server or Port forwarding) Map the Private and Public Port(UDP Protocol) to your static IP.

Is there an existing thread for PES online play? I know there's one for PES2009 but not aware of one for PES2010.

If you're talking about the main Pes2010 thread, people mainly talk about gameplay there.

This thread is only a reference for online players who want to add people to their friends list.

haha. definitely felt relief after it arrive in my hands. hopefully everyone here can join up. And be aware of the stupid AMD vs INTEL issue which still hasn't been sorted out by KONAMI.

yup, that patch is for online play. I have seperate patches for online and offline play. But I'll put up a tutorial in the coming days, got Cyber Law exam coming up tomorrow.

No Winning Eleven for PC since Winning Eleven 10.
Anyways, I've already played PES2010 online and you can choose whether to play with servers from Asia/North America/Europe. So its not like we can only play against Europeans. Don't know where u got that idea. :/

Seems like there's a new update for PC. v1.02 I think. So we need to do it the old fashion way, using AFS Explorer as kitserver currently doesn't support v1.02.

for now yes. since the update(v1.02) has just been released yesterday so the EXE for the No-DVD u downloaded doesn't match the latest version.

I'm played just now. Played against a Finn, German, French, British, someone from Hong kong, japanese and SG....
conclusion?

Its always against Barca, Liverpool, Utd....plus a 5 milisecond button lag, but its still playable and enjoyable.
Its damn boring, and I've played as Sevilla and Fiorentina most of the time.

I like Chelsea and all but its boring just playing as the big teams.

If anyone is up for a game just PM me. Only 3 members joined the PES LYN Community so far. Not many purchased the game it seems.

Its damn hard to find a Malaysian or other people from neighbouring countries.

seems like the Asian servers consists a majority of Koreans and Japanese, and Hong Kong people.

I updated the first post for timeslot when I'm mostly online. So if anyone wants a match against me just refer to the timeslot.

If anyone wants to add their timeslot just post their time slots and I'll put it in the first page.

Just played a few matches against ongbak85. I have to say its a relief to that it was a very smooth experience.

Satisfying as you'll to be able to play the game as u want.

The timing was good, you can pull out tricks like in offline play, as opposed to button lag experienced against players from across the continent.

Hopefully other Lowyations can join as well.

qsh8504, what kind of router do you use at home? I need to know that before I can help you open port.

Make sure you join the Community as it will be easier to find our fellow Malaysians there. The friends list is literally useless.

Not sure. Hopefully soon. For now its only a tentative(temporary) solution. So we won't be able to play against opponents who have different brand of CPU for the time being.

They should've done some testing before selling the game.

thats overkill if you just want to play PES. An E7400 is enough.

Tonight if anyone is up for a game I'll "lepak" in the Community page around 9.30-10.00ish to see if anyone is around.
